How takealot *****s one over... and misleads customers.

Lately takealot has really been the worst online service. I have received opened packages...seriously used items. But the most recent order I had to place had them delay my order of 13000 advertised by one company at a price which I purchased. Only to be told that it has no stock and that I must cancel the order to repurchase it from another store at a higher price if I want delivery within 5 - 7 days. Takealot cancelled my order then I re placed another order... only to find that the store selling it and the supplying store again is different. Secondly.. the damn shipping day was 8th Dec 23 and collection from 9th Dec 23. Then within an hour the system changed it again to ship 14 Dec 23 and collection 19Th Dec 23..... This is *****. You advertise a product... change the supplier details without notification to purchaser... then you don't inform that item is OOS because you accepted payment. Then beyond that you change shipping and CONTRARY to what you say abt 5 - 7 working days. Takealot works 7 days a week... so how does an order placed 2 Nov...paid same day take 19 days to come to a person... THIS IS WHY WE CANT WAIT FOR AMAZON SA to go online. Dealing with takelot has become a ******* experience. If anyone has an alternative to Takelot use it rather... they NOT worth our business.
