how takealot ****med me

i bought a phone (honor 90 pro +free watch) on takealot. after purchasing online the watch disapeared. when the driver delivered i told him i bought a phone with the watch then their driver opened the box to check if the watch was inside or not. we didnt get the watch and i told him to return the phone as i didnt use it. the driver told me to open a quiry on the app and i did so. the following day they brought another driver to collect the phone. and now they are telling me that they wont refund me. i didnt even switch that phone on, i bought the same phone from PEP Cell online and it came with the watch. it was even R1500 less of what takealot sells.

now they denying with my refund as they tell me that the seal is broken, which was done by their driver . on top of that i spoke to the drivers boss as "he claimed" over the phone
