I ordered and paid for two HP Cartridges (R330 + R338) and had a R100 discount voucher to use as well. I also contributed a R5 donation. The first invoice issued was for R1111.00 (R330 + R338 + double counted R338 + the discount charged as a premium - they got the R5 right). I rang and complained and was advised that it would be corrected. The second invoice was for R773 (R330 + R338 + the discount charged as a premium - they got the R5 right).I am now waiting for their third attempt after another call. I have printed out the invoices for those who are as incredulous as me! The worry is this is clearly either serious finger trouble or an even more troubling IT issue. I never had these problems using Kalahari!
We've taken a look at these orders on our backend system & both correctly reflect the order breakdown, contributions & discount. We recently did a system update that caused a few technical issues & we're assuming this could have something to do with the issues you're experiencing. We're really sorry for the frustrating experience & can only imagine how you're feeling after going through the exercise more than once.
