How long must I wait?
I cannot even tell you the amount of orders I place on this website. I am such a frequent customer. However one thing I cannot handle is late delivery especially when I was given a date. I placed two orders for the same item. One *** was supposed to be delivered on THursday 18 June, two *** was supposed to be delivered by Friday 19 June. The status on my profile still says ordered from supplier! I am urgently awaiting these items. Please expedite this delivery. I phoned an agent last friday she assured me it would be delivered today. Come today and the profile is still saying ordered from supplier! I have not received a shipping or despatched notification. This is unacceptable
