How long does it take?

My sister decided to use [URL Removed] to buy my 1 year old daughter a gift for her 1st birthday. I always hear how good [URL Removed] is from friends and family. But I still haven't received any goods and its been over a week.<br> <br> Everytime I phone [URL Removed] they put me through to a delivery person who promises it will be delivered that day, and when I phone at 4:30 he apologizes and says he promises it will be the next day.<br> <br> I did tell him that I will be out of town from 2nd October to 12th October - he assured that he will make sure it is delivered prior to that.<br> <br> Takealot has spoilt my daughters 1st birthday. Spent days on the phone with so many different people gettinng varied messages and even being told that their system shows they tried to deliver it on 2nd October, days after the order and after I had said that I wont be in town. <br> <br> Online shopping supposed to be convenient, this has been highly inconvenient. Even if I eventually get my parcel, Its not enough after the tough road to get there. Poor form
