How does your pre-order system work??????

<p>My order: ********** for fifa 17 on the 23rd of August. Yet my friend ordered his on Monday and got his today, how is that fair Takealot.com????? besides this I have to wait an extra day and only get mine on the 30th as advertised. Must I wait till the last week in order to get it first or how does your system work? You will probably throw your T&C's at me now.
