How do you keep my money and the goods???

You place an order based on a delivery date. Takealot then mails to say that they can no longer manage that date and then still has the nerve to say that I cannot request an order cancellation. So I have no goods and no refund......best part is that according to the call centre, no supervisor or manager has the power to cancel an order.
