How do i return a parcel

I have been in communique via e-mail with takealot regarding return an item bought. I keep being told that i must do it online. Unfortunately the functions of the app do not give me the return option. The marigo round has been happening for the entire week. The fact that takealot has no direct line is very frustrating.
