The order was dumped on my neighbor’s lawn in the sun. I ordered vitamins which was left in the sun. Secondly Takealot stated that I signed for the delivery which is false. Lastly there is one product missing. This complaint was logged on 30 Nov. I’ve engaged with multiple call centre operators and still no outcome. Takealot claims a TAT of 48h which is an aspiration at this point in time.
