How do I contact you for an exchange which is not in my name?

My boss has gone on a trip for the next two weeks. While he was away, our order was delivered. This was damaged and we would like to exchange it. I have no way of contacting Takealot to arrange this as the order is not in my name. I have the order confirmation but there is no email or no phone number visible. How can you expect to run a business purely online?
