HOW ARE USING GOOGLE MAPS

I have been ordering all the time on Takealot.com via website. The address that we send is not registered on google maps. When I phone the call centre to complaint today, they said they now using google maps to pin allocation. Do Takealot.com know that not all address are pinned on google maps? I wanted to do my christmas shopping online, you just lost business! Honestly all along you are delivering to the address.
