How about a response?

My elderly mother of 83 with my help ordered a Kindle from the Takealot.com site on the 2nd Nov 2022, it was delivered and worked for exactly 6 weeks. We asked for a replacement 13th of Jan 2023. They delivered a box on the 16th but instead of a replacement Kindle it is an Apple pen. We have written numerous times to get it replaced with a Kindle but have had no response. She relies on her kindle when there is load shedding. They say to contact them before going on social media but since there is no way actually to contact anyone and no one responds to the wanting to return an item message I have no option but to come here.
