Horrific services from Takealot.

I ordered a TV on Takealot. The TV would malfunction and I logged a return which was scheduled for the 16 April 2026. The TV was collected but forgot the remote, TV legs which was collected the following day.

A terrible service I'm getting from Takealot. Takealot has misplaced these accessories and now I can't get a replacement of the TV. It's been 4 weeks of me calling and not getting any help. They keep escalating the matter but no one seems to know what to do.

I spoke to a manager and the old TV was returned and now they have to collect the TV first before they can replace it with a working TV. I keeping getting sms that their coming to collect the TV but no one seems to care.

A month later and I have a TV that's not working.

Never buy any devices from Takealot, their devices never seem to work.
