Horrific Service from Takealot.com

I ordered 4 items on takealot.com. 2 were delivered, one of which had to be returned as it was the incorrect product. The other 2 just went into limbo. I have spoken to 6 different agents and I eventually got the credit for the two items that they never delivered. Then I received a mail stating they couldn't replace the incorrect item so I would receive a credit for that too. So out for the 3 items I should have had a credit of R490, however I have been communicating with agents to get the credit for the incorrect item but always get told the same thing "credit has been processed" Yes I get credit but only half.... I sent a reminder to the last agent last week that said they would get back to me with still no joy. The service I have received (or rather lack there of) has been disgusting. I will source my products elsewhere before I buy from takealot.com again.
