Horrific service

I registered a return from take a lot last week, they took forever to contact me hence I drank the collagen. Now take a lot took money from my credit wallet for a return I never received.

I have been trying to email them but their responses are just lame. May I please have my R370 back into my account so I can purchase what I want?

How can they just take from a voucher i received? That is day light *******.
