Horrific Service!

My husband placed an order on the 13th of May. Everything was in stock. the first ETA was the 17th May 2024. It then showed it got shipped yesterday and ETA was pushed to the 18th. Now today - it shows it got shipped today and its now showing the 21st??? My husband phoned to speak to someone and they put the call down on him. Then, when I phone, a lady tells me that they left yesterday at 10.30am from JHB. She also said she will send my husband an email, we are still waiting. This is the worst service provided from Takealot and we are regular customers, this is so so so disappointing! And out of all this we actually needed the goods for this weekend.
