Horrific Service

I am flabbagusted with service received till to date my goods and money were taken without proof of purchase The delivery guy took all of my iterms instead of exchanging to the ordered iterm. I have been calling to the headoffice. Assisted by one guy person (Peterson) since 8th of December till today and he told me my credit balance has been refunded to my take a lot account and it still remain with a R0 balance...without informing me and i paid cash.Peterson still promising that goods will be delivered to my work place but no luck..I will never recommend your company to anyone !!!!!!
