Horrific service delivery and false advertising

I purchased a Black fridge from takealot 25Aug2021, they delivered the incorrect coloured fridge 27Aug - I informed them of the wrong colour item being delivered, they collected it and delivered the exact same incorrect fridge 2 Sep. I have spoken to a total of seven agents via e-mail regarding this mis-hap and up until now I have not received feedback as to why this happened and how it will be rectified. This is terrible customer service! Not a single agent has called to explain when I can get the correct order (BLACK FRIDGE). I stated I urgently need this, but no concern has been shown.
