HORRIFIC SERVICE

Absolutely horrific service. Delivery ppl signing on behalf of client, otherwise they get penalised for not doing the delivery, its shocking, needed and urgent delivery, paid extra for the product, was cheaper somewhere else, but did not have the time to go there and purchase. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday afternoon , waited until 18h30, eventually I saw the delivery was done and signed for by myself, strange cause I do not have it? Logged a query , the delivery guy contacted me via sms stating he will deliver next morning at 08h00, and even phoned me 07h15 to confirm, it's now 10:40, still nothing. SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST
