Horrific service!

I bought a iPhone XR on the 24th March and today on the 20th April I still don’t have a phone or a refund. I have been pushed from pillar to post and you can’t even be connected with a manager who can resolve the issue!

I don’t know what more to do. I have spent a lot of money and time on this issue and I still don’t have answers.

Whatever you do, don’t buy from takealot! The more I tell my story the more horror stories I keep hearing
