Horrific Experience with Takealot.com, Please take a look if you are a regularly pay COD.

I am highly angered and appalled by the service I recently received from #Takealot.com. I recently bought a laptop from them which was defective and I returned it. I received emails from them assuring me that I will receive a refund. They proceeded to ask for my banking details so that they could return my money. This was a COD transaction. They are now claiming that I did not pay them even though there is proof that I signed the receipt of the goods. They telling me that they need proof of a bank deposit (which they know i have no access to since it was a COD purchase) . All of this information that they are telling me is not even on their returns policy.
