Horrific and Scary Experience

Ordered drain cleaner from takealot. Had it delivered at my work address. When my husband and went to collect the package. We noticed that the packaging was damaged ( it looked like some liquid had leaked and damaged the box,but the contents were not liquid). And it looked like the contents were eating at the box. When we opened the box, we were horrified to see that the product was open and falling out. My husband and the guy that works at the delivery room were very shocked because they touched the box where the damage was , they immediately went to the bathroom to wash their hands because as we should all know ,drain cleaner is very hazardous. So 3 points that made this experience very frustrating, disappointing and scary: 1. The product is hazardous and should have been wrapped to prevent it from opening and falling out. Takealot usually over wraps the most unharmful product ,so to find that this product was not wrapped, was very disappointing 2. Because point 1 was not adhered to (causing the contents to fall out) this experience was very dangerous and put the people receiving and handling the product at risk!! 3. Also, the picture of the product on Takealot is a liquid bottle , what was sent to me was a tub with granular like contents.

VERY disappointed. I sent the product back and requested a refund!!!!
