Horrid takealot delivery driver

Disappointed and Disgusted. Your delivery driver today was, well beyond gross. My mother injured and in a CAST. She had only use of her one arm and was preparing to open the gate when the takealot delivery woman raises the rather bug package above our gate and mind you readers my mother is a small woman so she coul not reach it and this woman let's go and the package falls on top of her. I was inside doing a task she had asked of me but I heard the commotion and looked out the windows too see the end of the disgusting sight. I stormed outside to ask what her problem was but this lady is lucky my mother is kind and wanted me to rather just let it be. However my mother was horribly wronged today and I'm furious so I will come here and let other know of the lack of sympathy shown to her today by a takelot delivery driver.
