Horrible warranty system

Bought 3 phones from you out of 3 two stopped working 1 I opened my mistake so couldn't send back 2nd one I sent back 1 month ago and when sent back was told if not resolved in 21days I will get a refund or something but all I got was a quote from supplier that is even more the the phone itself to fix as he says I opened the phone.

If I did I would have not sent it back.

Takealot only sends emails to say waiting for supplier and cannot resolve anything they can't keep to there word and I order alot from them don't think I will be ordering again.

Don't put items have warranty if you not willing to sort it out when there is a problem!!!
