HORRIBLE theft from Takealot! DISGUSTING!

I ordered my month end groceries as I usually do. I’m on the takealot more subscription. Supposed to arrive next day. After a week, still nothing. I enquired and it was one item delaying it. I cancelled that specific item and still had to wait another three days. The item cancelled was R135. They credited me R35. No one can tell me why?

Now, after the idiot I am, I ordered a hair straightener for my daughter from Them. It came and it is HORRIBLE! I requested a refund. They collected and concluded the return. And again! No credit to my account. No refund. This has all been over four and a half weeks now! They don’t reply and don’t get back to me. How can I take this further? There is no contact number? Even so small, I want to publish this everywhere and actually approach my attorney because how many times have this happened to people? I’m using Amazon from now on! SHEIN and Temu provide better service than this ********** company!
