Horrible that you ask for Bar IDs that don't exist - I sent you everything - Assist

I paid R800 for a shaver kit - was meant to come with a full stand. They send the equivalent of a R200 shaver. No stand nothing. They ask for photos of bar ID that don't exist on the merchandise - if it isn't there how can I send it to you via photo. Please collect this item.. It's horrible that you communicate via email however you don't read what the client is telling you .. Horrible Service. Agents totally not interested. I will be deleting my account if this is not resolved - collect the item, send me the right one , or refund please
