HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! SERVICE

I AM DONE!!! I am extremely fed up with the service I am receiving from Takealot. I am a loyal customer and always have been but this is outrageous. I have called the call center twice and despite them being extremely nice and trying to help I know there is only so much they can do. I would like to know how it takes 7 WORKING DAYS for my gin to get to me. Another consultant also promised me to try and organize delivery for today and then went radio silent. There are no notes on the system that she was trying to help whatsoever. On another note, the gin is now available to order for delivery tomorrow. I would REALLY like to know HOW ON EARTH I can order a bottle TODAY for delivery TOMORROW. I need this order for a function tomorrow and I have made that extremely clear. I have no words. I have also stated that should the gin not be delivered today I would like a FULL refund but I am not getting any response on this.
