Horrible takelot service

Takelot pick up point in Retreat USED to be a pleasure visiting when collecting my order. Something is terribly wrong as I received pathetic service on THREE occasions, my last two encounters they could not and still have not been able to give my order of which I paid for. I'm disgusted at the lack of knowledge and training the staff at the branch does not have. I am to frustrated to type any further details.
