Horrible takealot courier services

You might need to change your courier services. If you say my parcel will be delivered between 8 to 5pm and I am not at home, surely I will make sure that there is someone to actually receive the parcel.

Had a very rude driver call me that he was outside with my parcel. Asked him to wait for about 5 minutes while my partner was on his way, he then, shouting, "if is not here in 5 minutes I'm leaving". Well, I was asking, if you could wait, if you can't, you can go, I'm not forcing you to wait the 5minutes. Then I get an sms that I refused my parcel. How do I refuse a parcel that I paid for.

Then I am told by people that leave in the same building, we saw the car outside, we assume it would be your parcel but the driver was sitting in car, so we did not want to bother him.
