Horrible Superbalist experience

I am having a horrible experience with my return. 10 days after returning my order and I still have not received my refund or any update on why it is taking so long. I have been calling superbalist since Friday and being sent from pillar to post telling me that they are working on it. Disappointed with their service, they actually deserve a half star.
