Horrible Service...Extremely disappointed

I have never received such bad service like this. I bought the headboard in and requested for it to be collected few days after it was delivered as it the buttons were falling off as soon as I open the plastic it came with, the plastic was dirty and dusty. The headboard did not have headboard legs as shown on the website. I requested for the headboard to be collected for months now and it is yet to be collected. All the drivers that come to fetch it just go back without taking the headboard, because it is big and they come with small cars and always reschedule the collection. I have been taking day offs from work in order for me to be there for collection but all the time nothing happens. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE. Now they have cancelled my request for collection and refund for the second time. If they were not going to refund us our money they should just let us know before we purchase. Why would they send drivers with private cars while the headboard was delivered using a Truck. Got an email from one the consultants that a big truck will come collect it that was in July, till this day I am still waiting for that truck.The service I received from Takealot and their consultants is extremely unprofessional and horrible.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy furniture from them.
