HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Very bad service, you get there to collect your stock, scan a code and collect, however they only bring out your stock once you have scanned and then your app says everything is collected, even though something is short. Then they promised heaven and earth the will fix it and nothing happens - they are ******* so I am sitting without my stock and without my money - Should I open a case of theft???
