HORRIBLE SERVICE - what a disgrace!

received notification of delivery scheduled for 20 May before 5pm. Nothing was delivered or any communication received. Only after my lodging a complaint the following day (21 May) did I receive an sms to say delivery delayed. No further communication to any of my emails or requests for an update and it is now 5 days after due delivery. This is absolutely DISGRACEFUL. I would like to know when my parcel will be delivered. If it was on the courier delivery vehicle then why was it not delivered and why am I not receiving any response as to the reason for non delivery or a new delivery date??
