Horrible service from Takealot Black Friday 2025!

Ordered a watch from them and was supposed to receive it by 10 December (tomorrow). New delivery date is 23 December and it keeps getting later and later.

Contacted the supplier directly, they assured me the watch is already in the Joburg warehouse. How can it take longer than a month to be delivered to me from Joburg? THERE IS STOCK.!!

I am willing to pick it up from the warehouse at my own cost at any time that will work for them, but they refuse to let me.

They now want me to cancel my order (which was a black friday deal) and order a new one at full price. Looks like my dad won't be getting a present under the tree at this rate, all thanks to Takealot.

Absolutely horrible customer service received, they take 2 days + to respond to my urgent query.

Christmas won't be so merry this year.
