Horrible Service Takealot

I bought my watch from Takealot and the website specified that items have a 12moth warranty. I logged a return and the watch was collected on the 2nd of August and accessories on the 6th of August.

I have just received feedback that they cant find my charger and the serial number of the watch is underneath the watch, and that's the reason behind their declining reason i have been dealing with different people dealing with my query and im not winning at all
