Horrible service....pathetic and shocking

<p>I purchased a tv from them which arrived without the tv stands and did not work. I returned the tv last year in december and they still have not credited me with my money back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their departments dont know what is going on and their service is pathetic. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their collection companies never come and say that they did.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst experience with takealot.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not ever buy from them as their returns process is appalling.</p>
