Horrible service - Orders are being ******

I ordered merchandise of about R1,400 on the 8th of May which I was billed for. I was notified that this order will be delivered on or before the 21st of May, which I accepted given the lockdown. Around the 14th I got an SMS saying my order was with Couriers and will be delivered by the 18th. On a Sunday the 17th I had the "courier", two people apparently from Fast and Furious deliver my order in a ***** car with no branding but dark windows. Only that part of the order was delivered, meaning R1,000 worth of merchandise was outstanding. The lady (Nontobeko/Thobekile) said only partial order was sent to them and told me that the rest will come through before the 21st. I was not asked to sign anything due to distancing. However the 21st came and went and no delivery. When I tracked my order it says its delivered on the 17th. After scrolling through the whole internet web, and app I could not figure a way to contact Takealot, the Takealot Delivery Team number is not in use. Eventually a friend of mine sent me a payments email address from a previous interaction, through which only then was I able to log my complaint. However all I have got since the 22nd are what seem to be standard responses that claim to have escalated my complaint to the couriers. In one response it was claimed the courier Fast & Furious who are abviosly not fast, had confirmed that my order was due for delivery on the 25th. This date has come and gone as well with no update and my foĺlowup email has been met by yet another standard scripted response from yet another consultant saying its been escalated. It is obvious something has happened to my order as another order I did on the 21st was delivered within 2 days and Takealot is not holding the courier accountable and not giving me a way out. All now I want is my R1,100 back as I have totally lost confidence in Takealot. Takealot is taking payments but not delivering orders, let alone notifying clients of split orders and where they will be delays. It is frustrating and very unprofessional and Takealot has lost the plot.
