Horrible service not sticking to ETA

I’ve received the most horrible service from Takealot, I ordered office equipment from them 1 week ago and the due date was the 25th as there was one item in the cart that was going to take 7 business days. On the 24th the order status was still not shipped so I had to reach out to them only for customer service to give me a generic response that they are waiting for the supplier. I asked them to split the order and deliver what is in stock and they are dragging their feet, now the order delivery date has been updated to the 4th of November that’s another week of waiting for my office equipment.
