HORRIBLE "service" & non delivery by Takealot!!!

Placed an order of basic cleaning agent and washing powder. The was supposed to be delivered on 27 Aug and today is 4 September and have never received the order. Only on request I was now told twice that the order has been damaged in transit. Therefore, the two other scheduled date of delivery dates (i.e. 30 August & 4 Sept) have not been honoured. This is simply ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
