Horrible Service, No feed back.

<p>Over Black friday i order from takealot.com. Delivery was quick and fast. When recieving the item they had supp**** me with thr wrong cable and from there on Takealot service went down the drain. They first said the item would be a pick up and drop off on the same day, which didnt happen. Then i had to contact them to find out what happend and they answered by saying that their consultant made a "mistake". I than instructed them to make it an exchange as i still want my product. I recieved a confrimation email from take alot saying that they will make it an exchange and will be in contact in 1-3 days. Than on monday i recieved an email stating they have "refunded" the money into my account. Once again i called in to find out what is happening they said that they have put the "wrong discription" on the website of the item that i have bought and paid for and that they can no longer supply me with that item. This issue and how it was handle was horrible i bought a product and paid for it and now that cant supply me with this item. This is *****. they advertised the item and i paid for it. They dont contact me to say anything. I will personally never purchase from them again! I advise everyone for future not to buy as they are just trying to ***** your money and con you in **** deals!!!</p>
