Horrible service, lying driver

I ordered goods from Takealot and the delivery date was set for today 26 July 2023. In the morning I received an sms stating that my order had left the Moreleta Branch for delivery to my address, then just after 4pm I received an sms stating that "I was not reachable therefore my order will be rescheduled" that time I am home and did not receive any notification of the driver trying to call me or even at my gate. I called the call center and spoke to 2 people who assured me that they will get in touch with the Menlyn branch for the driver to deliver my goods and the last person hung on while I was holding. I have underestimated the negative reviews of consumers and today I have experienced it, why is your driver lying to reschedule my delivery and why is your call center agents hanging up on me??
