Horrible service - Item not delivered

I ordered a dress on 6th November, it's now the 17 and I still have not received it. I've gotten messages the last 2 day that says it's out for delivery and then it says rescheduled, but it's not delivered yet almost 2 weeks later and it was ordered for a function. Firstly it was even out of stock, but only once you've ordered then it shows.horrible service for such a huge company.
