Horrible Service from takealot.com

Horrible Service from Takealot.com Today I learnt that reading reviews is very important, had I read reviews I would probably not have ordered through takealot.com . I ordered a cell phone, a hardrive and hardrive cover for my wife and my wife received marking pens, all three packages where wrong items, it took takealot a week for them to deliver wrong items, not their manager said they need another 2days to collect the wrong items, and probably another week for them to deliver the right items, worst service ever, they just don't care about their customers, takealot.com always disappoints, first time I bought a stove, they delivered a bin , I'm starting to think that is their was of ****ming people because it's so difficult to get ahold of them maybe some people just decide to let it go.
