Horrible service from Takealot!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced….i opted for same day delivery and yet 32 hours later I still don’t have my parcel,I was sent from pillar to post after spending 8 hours on the phone with their customer care and they couldn’t solve my issue instead I was told the driver took my parcel to another branch and stated that my address which is 20 minutes away from the branch was “too far!”for him to deliver!
