Horrible service from takealot

If I could give a Zero rating i would. I placed an order on the 17th of September and was due for delivery on the 19th. Not only was the delivery late they only delivered half of the order on the 22nd of September. There has been no communication at all when to expect the rest of the order. I tried to cancel the rest of the order only to be told I cannot because it has been shipped but when you track the order it says not yet shipped.
