Horrible service from takealot

On the 22 October I ordered and paid for 2 phones from takealot the 23 of October I received the delivery but for just 1 of the phones it was than the wrong phone I ordered 2 x Samsung A14 I received 1 Nokia I returned the nokia still nothing about the other phone or my money the phone was returned I ordered the Samsung once again still just the one I was credited for and still nothing from takealot about where my money is or where the other phone went to, I ordered the Samsung again delivery was scheduled for the next day when it arrived it was a box of Colgate toothpaste 1 single box of toothpaste in a sealed takealot box I returned the toothpaste once again my account was credited but just for the one item where is my money for the second phone or where is the phone. I am yet to receive any calls or feedback from takealot for this horrible service I had to call a number of times to still nothing I had to send through proof of payment when the consultant says they can see I paid for 2 phones but only received one this is pathetic service.
