Horrible service from Takealot

I have purchased a pair of soccerboots from takealot. I returned the boots for a bigger size and I was informed via email by Takealot that the condition the boots were in does not allow my for an exchange. I was never informed on when the boots when the boots were dispatched nor a possible date of delivery. I then emailed Takelot and I was informed that the package was delivered already. I informed them that nothing was delivered to me. They send me proof of delivery and i did not recognise the signature. I told them that they delivered the package to the wrong address. They contacted the courier and the driver called me, he told me that he will call me once he arrives at the address where he did the delivery. He never called. He have send takealot multiple emails they keep on telling me that they will investigate the matter. It has been ongoing since July of this year. I am currently without the boots and the money i have paid. Who is responsible for repaying me?
