Horrible Service from Takealot

I returned an Item mid July and they said they will send me a coupon for the item, I’ve been waiting ever since. Every time when I call they tell me I should wait 24-48 hours for the coupon. It’s been the freaken 2 months being told to wait 24-48 hours and still they are not sending me the coupon.
