Horrible service from takealot

Firstly I ordered an airfryer from Takealot and it was delivered. does not switch on, so they sent out faulty things without testing it. logged a return and got an sms that it will be delivered 04/12/2019. Courier calls me and confirms. Next moment I get an sms that I was not available after I have been sitting and waiting for hours. making sure Im available. call the courier no it wil come the next day, I explain to him but how can he change it if it was promised today and he let takealot know that I was not available. SO he blatanly **** and now I have to suffer from this absolute horrible service? dont think you can contact takealot to sort it coz there is no number or contact details.
