Horrible service from Takealot

I always have a horrible service from this entity. They always shift blame to their delivery service provider Fed Ex . Recent experience after they messed up my delivery the only recourse they could offer was a refind. To make matters worse their call centre is so bad ur put on autocue for over 15 min before being assisted. Then put on hold for another 20 min while they are following up.
